Day of Coordination
Being your Day of Wedding Coordinator is our specialty! This is the preferred package for Pairs who are doing their own wedding planning and need someone to manage the timeline and details on the wedding day.
Day of Coordination includes:
- One lead coordinator
- Coordination assistants and interns, as necessary
- Access to preferred vendor lists
- Two planner meetings
- 6-8 weeks out from your wedding
- Week of your wedding
- Development of your wedding day timeline
- Final walkthrough of reception location
- Rehearsal coverage (ranging from attendee to coordinator, depending on your ceremony)
- Final vendor confirmations
- Onsite Wedding Day coverage
- Ceremony and reception set up
- Gift delivery (within 10 miles of reception location)
- Problem-solving and trouble-shooting
- Onsite vendor management
Day of Coordination packages begin at $1,900 and vary based on size and complexity of event.
Day of Coordination+
Love our Day of Coordination package but need a little more? You want Day of Coordination PLUS(+)! Day of Coordination+ is for Pairs looking for something in between Day of Coordination and Full Planning. It involves everything included in the Day of Coordination package, plus development of a month-by-month planning timeline, vendor recommendations, monthly meetings, budgeting advice and unlimited phone and email contact. Package pricing is based on length of contract time, as well as size and complexity of the event.
Full Planning
Full planning can begin up to 18 months before your wedding day. This option has the most variety because whatever assistance you want from us, we’ll provide it. Example items in this package include: budget development, guest list assistance, etiquette navigation, vendor and venue research/recommendations, contract negotiation and review, site visits, design and execution of decor elements, attendance at vendor meetings, keeping track of all wedding-related documents (contracts, receipts, communication with vendors, etc) and unlimited access via phone, email, or video chat. Full planning includes everything in the Day of Coordination+ package. Pricing varies greatly depending on the size and complexity of your event, as well as our level of involvement.
